The hotel is in a great location, very close to the airport, malls, and Park 93, as well as bars. The room was spacious, quiet, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were all very attentive and knowledgeable.

The rooms were nicely furnished and functional with excellent hot water, the location was central and particularly good in the guest area, we didn't want to leave - would highly recommend staying here.

Nicely appointed and fantastic hotel, I had a really enjoyable stay. My standard queen room was equipped with a mini bar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and climate control. The bed was very comfy, I slept like a child.

The location was absolutely perfect, not too far away from a commercial and recreational park. Units with excellant hot water.

Every visit to Bogota we like to stay here. The hotel is clean with a nice design and based in a nice building. The room is well furnished and the bed is big. The staff are helpful, they create elegant atmosphere.

The breakfast was large, excellent service. Had well-equipped room in front of a buffet breakfast for a very pleasant stay. Location: the hotel was near all tourist attraction in the city, shopping areas, and Restaurants and Shopping Malls.

The taxi drivers were excellent. The location is safe, albeit a bit far from attractions. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff goes above and beyond. The restaurant has great service and offers quality food until late at night.

The hotel is rather good, with nice locations. The only negative point will be the difficulty of having a parking for visitors... the security staff is unhelpful and useless regarding this point.

I liked the overall service, staff is friendly and speaks English. Wifi works great, restaurant breakfast was good. Lobby area is good. Location is ok but next time, I will stay closer to the airport.

I still cannot figure out where the pool was if there was one.

The hotel is located in a very nice area of the city center, which made it convenient for us to explore and be close to everything. We were impressed by the high quality of service and the accommodating and courteous staff, who made us feel like part of the family. We especially appreciated the bilingual staff, which made communication and arrangements smooth and convenient. this hotel exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay again for one to two nights.
